Service

Sanchix provides multi-tenant POS software on a subscription basis with a limited free trial.

Keep login credentials safe, enter accurate GST/business details, and use the product lawfully.

Paid plans renew per the selected monthly or yearly cycle until cancelled per our refund policy.

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated when practical.
